Devastated, Rachel starts to impersonate Sarah while visiting a group of Sarah’s secret friends. At first, a coping mechanism, but soon an addiction as Rachel morphs herself into Sarah’s identity.
Rachel doesn’t realize the danger she is in as she enters this adult world, getting close to Sarah’s one-time boyfriend, Kevin. Rachel knows this lie is destroying her as she searches for a way out.
A remote coastal location with a working lighthouse provides an idyllic setting which soon becomes a sinister and foreboding playground, in a film about love, identity and the search for redemption.
