ABOUT JEAN

As a director, I am known for my experience with children and contributors not used to being on camera, creating supportive environments where everyone feels comfortable delivering their best and most natural performance.

I learnt my craft as Assistant Director for Sky TV, leading to roles in high-end shorts and corporate productions. Recently I have been back in the world of TV Shadow Directing on Coronation Street.

I have directed award-winning shorts and features, working across content creation for campaigns and education.

In addition, I have worked in creative arts and social care settings. In 2020 I returned to my visual arts practice, and in 2021 was awarded DYCP funding from Arts Council England.
